Toscana Italian Steakhouse Reviews
Everything was excellent which made my wife's birthday celebration perfect. The chef is the best in town!
Our Brussel Caesar salad and Lobster Alla Vodka pasta were outstanding. The portions were very generous. The wait staff was on point making our dining experience a night to remember.
We always enjoy visiting Toscana Italian Steakhouse, but our experience last night was truly exceptional. We were celebrating our wedding anniversary and were seated in the perfect place to relax and enjoy our time together. Our waitress was attentive without ever being overbearing, and everything—from the appetizer to our entrées and dessert—was absolutely delicious. The staff's thoughtful attention to detail, including an anniversary card and an extra-special dessert, made...read full review

Toscana Italian Steakhouse, a premium restaurant in Amarillo, Texas, attached to the Barfield Hotel, offers a beautiful, extremely nice, and comfortable atmosphere for a pleasant dining experience. The food presents a wide array of options, seeming very well prepared. Steaks are consistently cooked to perfection, though some guests find them extremely overpriced. The potato soup, wedge salad, cheese ravioli with blackened chicken, and filet mignon with steamed vegetables are excellent options. The mushroom risotto remains outstanding. While some noted the new pork chop was not the same as before, the crab cakes are described as okay. For some, biscuits and gravy were the best they ever had. The drink menu offers a little bit of everything. Service is good, with friendly and accommodating servers, though some experiences noted severely lacking service, especially on a busy Saturday night with limited staff. The ambiance is very nice, with comfortable chairs and open seating. The food is often fresh and hot, and the service is generally great. Guests have praised dishes like chicken piccata, steak, and the duck fat chicken fried steak, describing them as excellent and plentiful. Many visitors find the crab cakes to be amazing, with some saying they are to die for, topped with a magic garnish that elevates them. The lobster ala vodka is often called the best pasta ever. Prices may be a bit steep for some items, but many look forward to visiting Toscana again. Some guests have also noted issues with cleaning, finding chairs and floors dirty. Overall, Toscana offers a memorable dining experience with excellent food and a welcoming atmosphere.
