Usually packed. Love the varieties. Pistachio is a must! Also, the pomegranate is amazing. Seating can be hard to find since it's usually packed, but there is outside seating available. Restrooms are usually clean, although there is only one stall. Staff is friendly, happy, and helpful. We love coming here.
The product quality here is always top-notch. The reason for the slightly lower service rating is that sometimes the staff seem disinterested or bored, and occasionally, there is no one present at the front at all. If there are tasks that require all employees to be away from the front counter, it is time to add an employee during peak hours. The atmosphere rating is really just preference. We are visiting in town for a family emergency and Orange Leaf is located next to our hotel. This place has become something the kids ask for every evening because the atmosphere is so family friendly and relaxing and my kids can BREATHE after being locked up in a hospital for hours on end!! The staff are always helpful and enthusiastic and energetic when we come in!
