I was at work in Amarillo, TX across the side street from Orange Leaf. I spoke on the phone to Nadia one of their employees. She was the most fantastic young lady. She actually met me half way at the end of my companies parking lot with my froyo 🍨 because I couldn't leave work. I was so happy. Way to go Nadia you went above and beyond. I love the coconut.
Usually packed. Love the varieties. Pistachio is a must! Also, the pomegranate is amazing. Seating can be hard to find since it's usually packed, but there is outside seating available. Restrooms are usually clean, although there is only one stall. Staff is friendly, happy, and helpful. We love coming here.
The product quality here is always top-notch. The reason for the slightly lower service rating is that sometimes the staff seem disinterested or bored, and occasionally, there is no one present at the front at all. If there are tasks that require all employees to be away from the front counter, it is time to add an employee during peak hours. The atmosphere rating is really just preference.
