Barbacoa is the bomb. Food quality is good, will definitely be going back! They are generous with their meat portion. Staff is kind and place was very clean. If I could change 1 thing it would be for them to have more topping selection.
I thoroughly enjoyed my meal at Pony Express! The food tasted fresh and I liked the variety of ingredients. The customer service was insanely good. The owner was super friendly and his passion for what he does really shows. I look forward to coming back and trying out more of what they have to offer.
Pony express is always my go-to! Their flavor is phenomenal. I love the different combinations that you can create. Their 18 Chile sauce is delicious if you like spicy food! So thankful they’re finally in Amarillo!
