Rosa's Café & Tortilla Factory

Our experience at this Rosas’s was awful. We go to order and the girl was absolutely RUDE and had attitude. I ordered a fajita salad with romaine lettuce (which I thought most Rosas restaurants had that option) and the girl said “we don’t have that!”
Then my mother-in-law started to order and the girl said “what?!” 3 times and very rude said
“I can’t hear you!” And there was literally no one around talking or making noise for her to be like that so she ended up not even ordering what she wanted. I then paid and she started slamming the money tray and didn’t count back the change and quickly handed it back without saying anything else.

Food was as expected. But as soon as we approached the counter, Victoria the girl who took our order was not pleasant she had a tone and attitude that indicated she thought I was stupid or something. Very uninviting and honestly made me not want to even eat the food. As I was leaving, I wanted to use the restroom but it seems some employee was busy taking a break watching videos on the toilet. Not a good experience.

Very rude and unwelcoming. Lived here my whole life never had such a disrespectful experience at one of their locations. I understand coming in 30mins before close is inconvenient for a togo order. But still didn’t think the tone was deserved. Can’t help what time I get off work. Sorry guys

I dont ask for much but if I order the cheese enchiladas I want THEM TO ACTUALLY HAVE CHEESE IN THEM!!!!! I mean come on. I spent 13 dollars on a scoop of rice and a scoop of beans.

Great fast food with quality. The food tastes like more expensive places. You get a great meal for less. The enchiladas are a good buy

Taco Plate , beef tacos had a old meat taste, the tacos were room temperature to cool side, tomatoes tasted rotten, also very Dirty inside dinning room and restroom and filthy door handles. Not recommended for dine in

So first, the people at the counter seemed bothered to take our order. Then all co2 machines were down. The only drinks available were tea and water. Finding a table (even though there were only two other couples in the whole restaurant) was a little difficult because they were all dirty. None had been cleaned in quite awhile. Some of the food seemed like it had been on the tables for a couple hours. Employees were all gathered leaned up behind the counters talking. And last but not least, the food was horrible! I've never in my life had an enchilada that was so hard and tough that I needed a knife to cut it. Rosa's Cafe is one of my favorite restaurants but I will NOT be back to this location!!!

Hey there my family and I just moved from SoCal and as my wife and I ordered 7 burritos we were told the price was 102$. Not even in California does that exist. The portion size of the burritos versus the price value is a scam. You could seriously go to braceros and get a whole plate with at least a pound of meat, for WAY less. Check out my video of the lighter size burritos! ???❌

Ordered a chicken fajita salad and repeated it multiple times then ordered 2 beef tacos..I then got a beef fajita salad 2 pieces of meat and then a pound of lettuce in my salad..The 2 tacos had one spoon full of meat in them the rest of the tacos were LETTUCE.. 17$!! Will never go back..If you want you moneys worth and want a chicken fajita salad go to Jorge's

Please have someone else make the cakes other than who has been on 45 th lately I've had better in jail. Used to be great. Now dry and just not moist at all.
