Worse BBQ of my life. Go to Tyler's BBQ because everything is wrong with the brisket here. Chewy like bubblegum. They said the manager makes the brisket well he should be fired and slapped for disrespecting brisket like that. I even made a comment to them asking how come they are never busy well I just found out

We are on a cross country road trip and stopped here for dinner while staying in Amarillo. The server was nice and patient as my husband explorer their allergen menu. The bbq was not good. The meat was chewy and fatty. There was no flavor at all. We spent 60 dollars and it was definitely not worth it.

Absolutely awesome Texas bbq. Iconic place with great brisket and sauce.

This business gets most of its customers from out of town - just passing through kinda peeps, being that it's right off I-40. For the price and serving sizes of the food I would rather support real locally owned BBQ joints! Sorry hate to say it but this BBQ restaurant is a tourist trap! Way overpriced, visitor's should try a locally owned bbq Joint like Tyler's or Dyers bbq

My husband and I are addicted to Rudy's moist brisket and their baby red potatoes. We enjoy the convenient drive-thru but when we have eaten in the restaurant, it's been a great experience. The atmosphere is inviting and fun. The sausage is to die for. I highly recommend!

The server could not get my name correct until I corrected her 3 times. She entered my order correctly, but that still didn't stop the people preparing my meal from filling it incorrectly. That's OK though. Rosa's is right across the highway, I'll be eating there next time.

Let me say, Today I ate the best moist brisket sandwich ever!! I was greeted by lady named Eliana (who was very receptive, attentive) and requested a moist brisket sandwich with mostly bark and fat and that is exactly what I got. The bark on that brisket was outstanding!! A man named Rick sliced and prepared the sandwich while I was watching him. He made that sandwich perfectly! I saw someone toast the bun and it was toasted perfect. The meal was so good I ordered it again and that second sandwich was outstanding. I am stuffed now but wanted to say to Eleana and Rick… Thank you very much for the meal!! This really made my day, the food tasted great and I will most definitely be back!!! Have a great day.

Rudy’s BBQ never disappoints, but this location stands out thanks to Oscar, the manager. He runs a great crew and makes sure everything is done right. The brisket was juicy, the new jalapeno cheddar sausage had great flavor, and the sides were on point. Let's not forget the banana pudding! Fast service, friendly staff, and that classic Rudy’s consistency you can count on. Oscar really makes the experience top-notch. Highly recommend stopping here if you’re in the area.

Restaurant is clean and the staff was very friendly, but that was the driest chopped brisket sandwich I’ve ever tried to eat. Chopped brisket is what I always ordered cause it’s usually the most moist not here.. There’s much better in Amarillo.
