Just a thought for your survival of the business and your growth. 12/13/22 UPDATE: again, don't get me wrong. I still love my jasons and still a fan. today I had the corn beef/pastrami combo. I've never had that before. Not bad. I like the corn beef but the pastrami which I love and which is what I usually order was tough and hard to even bite through. I think a little more attention to what the product is like when it is served would be desirable. Also the potato salad. American. Made well. good ingredients but very dry with only mustard apparent. It Need some mayo you guys. Don't get me wrong. This is another one of those I like the place but there are issues reviews. END OF LATEST REVIEW: Tonight was not a good night for Jasons deli and the eating public. Namely me. First let's start with the pastrami sandwich. The meat was cold. Not lukewarm not room temperature but cold. Microwave fix that. The cheese on the sandwich was not beginning to melt. The dessert was supposed to be the fudge-nut brownie and you gave me the brookie brownie. ie brownie I think it's still gonna be a winner but don't get the stuff wrong you guys. Attention to detail is about the only place you're gonna save yourself from flipping burger somewhere. I don't mean to be mean but when I order one particular thing that's what I want. Potato salad. The stuff was made by machine not homemade in the store like it used to be. Quality and taste did not even come close to what you used to serve. Low to almost no mayo in the salad. Pretty much just ground potatoes. Hummus lacked flavor. Nice color but bland. And lastly, I guess, my broccoli soup had an almost burnt taste to it. Like the cheese had been scorched or something. All in all, this was a big disappointment from you guys. This is the first time I've been disappointed. I will go back again, of course I will. And hope that everything comes out fine I believe in The three strikes and you're out philosophy so you're getting just that. Steererike one! Thank you. “Good food! You get a lot for a little always going home with left overs even after splitting your meal with someone. They also offer to split the meal for you which saves a lot of time and energy on our part! My mother said this is how a restaurant should be! Wonderful servers.“

I come in almost everyday since i work in the mall and just too lazy to pack my lunches. “I was starving and the food was delicious!! There was no wait time and arrived IMMEDIATELY, Kimberly was amazing and fulfilled all of me and my families meals. I have a family of 10, and she preformed BEAUTIFULLY. Me and my children and my grandbabies will be eating here for the rest of our lives. “I tried the cheddar grilled chicken pretzel sandwich. It was great!! You can't go wrong with their yummy waffle fries and tried the unsweetened tea berry lemonade. It was great too. I love this new location and I appreciate how the playground is geared for smaller kids.“

“Decided to try this place. Had the french dip with mac and cheese and a soda. Everything was hot and served quickly. Sandwich was good and the au jus was excellent. Cheese sauce was too runny but otherwise fine. Soda was all ice and little soda.“

“In the past week I visited a Chick-fil-A in the DFW area and this location in Plainview. In the morning my go to meal are two breakfast fillets only the chicken if my husband's with me. He also gets the same thing. It generally cost around $9 and we get all the hits of protein that we need. The difference between the DFW area, breakfast filet and the Plainview breakfast fillet was remarkable. Dfw was full juicy and had a lot of crunch. The Plainview breakfast fillet was small dry flat while I'm going for the protein. It is amazing. The difference that biting into a moist juicy mouthful of Joy covered with good crunch makes between that and the flat dry little fillet of the Plainview location. In addition, a senior drink was provided free of charge in the DFW area whilst Plainview no longer provides that senior drink.“
