Starbucks in Amarillo

“We drove in on business and needed to set our laptops up. And this was a drive thru only. The 3 Girl Team were very kind & directed us to the larger Starbucks a few miles from them. They gave us great directions and were beyond pleasant.
Starbucks is good to have them.“

“To the employee that worked tonight when I ordered a cake pop and a coffee cake @ 6:19 pm tonight. Thank you for your kindness and just doing the act of kindness for me. I am having such a rough night and I tried to hold it all together. You have no idea what you did for me. You showed me that people do have grace and do care for those going through a tough time. Just for you to see me in a time of weakness when no one else cared you saved me and brought comfort. It was the fact that you saw me and told me we all have bad days and you showed me it was going to be okay and that you do care even though you do not know me. Thank you for saving me <3“

“Visiting from Montana & stopped for coffee, noticed a long line but still had a quick but super friendly interaction with Allissa at drive-thru today. She greeted me with a genuine smile, was efficient with my order, and made the whole experience smooth and pleasant. She wished me safe travels and it’s always nice when someone takes a moment to be kind, even during a busy shift. Great service!“

Me and my boyfriend went in almost right before close and felt really bad because as a fellow partner I understand sometimes getting a rush as your trying to close the store is little plan altering but they were still inviting and so kind I regret not looking at her name but our barista was so awesome honestly one of the highlights of our trip to Texas!“

“My mother passed away October 21, 20024. Today October 26, 2024 I called the floral dept and was able to get a beautiful arrangement made and delivered to the funeral home for my momma. They were very kind. i wish i had a way to share a photo of the arrangement Carole the floral manager made for my mother. My momma loved roses and would absolutely love it if she could see it. The arrangement honors my momma and glorifies something my mother truly loved. Carole thank you so much for your help today. I would not have been able to make it happen with out you.“

“Soncy is by far the best location in Amarillo. I always tip when I get my coffee, but I always tip this location more because of the service I receive. I love seeing the people. They are super nice even though I'm usually a lil quiet in the mornings- Candice is amazing and (there's another girl who's one of my favorites but I can't remember her name!! One time she draw a rose on my sandwich bag and it absolutely made my day 😭) my shaken espressos are always pulled SO right, I've only had a sour coffee ONCE from there which is a huge because other locations felt like a gamble in the mornings. If any of the staff is reading this, ik working in the service industry can be brutal and I want you to know that I appreciate each and every one of u. Yall make my day. I hope yalls manager treats you well and I can't wait to see yall next time.“

“This Starbucks like many others will basically guilt you if you pull up to the drive through with an online order and you are earlier than the time says. They’ll have you pull up out of the way while they work on peoples drinks who order at the window behind you. It’s so strange. Why are drinks not just made in the order they come in?

“We have to stop at Starbucks before shopping. They do a lot with the little bit of space they have to work with. Wish there was seating. Target needs to give them more space.Drinks are always on point. Lose a star because of lack of seating, again not their fault.“
