I was visiting Amarillo and needed a coffee. I followed yelps directions that I needed to try. Yelp is correct. I got a nitro coffee after speaking to one of the employees and it was absolutely delicious. Next time I'm in Amarillo, I will be coming back.

So, I want to preface this by saying I just complimented the staff a couple weeks ago and thanked them for being open until 9 and serving a nice variety of food options in the evening because "Eightbucks" packs snacks up at 5 and theirs tastes like the packages they come in. Strata's seemed much fresher and the staff are friendly, unlike the chains that basically hate you. Now that Strata just reduced their hours to closing at 6 & 7 pm, we have no coffee shops (that I know of) where we're able to just sit a spell, have a quiet convo with friends after I put kids to bed and avoid the blaring noise of other coffee shops. That's why I took away a star. The other quiet ones close at 2pm or are open late but have obscene art. You KNOW which one I'm talking about. So, y'all, please change your hours back to later. We need local quiet coffee shops open later.

Their Chai Latte is hands down the best in town! I've had a Vanilla Latte as well and it was also fantastic! I just love that they serve both coffee and alcohol. It's a great option for people coming off work all hours of the day and afternoon/evening. The staff have always been very friendly and kind. I haven't tried the food yet but it's next on my list. Cute and spacious little spot, I highly recommend!

If you haven't tried this place, then you should! I randomly found this place after my pulmonary rehab session at Northwest. I was starving and needed a pick me up. I ordered a breakfast croissant and a hot caramel macchiato. The sandwich was made fresh and they SEASON THEIR EGGS! That is so rare at coffee spots. I was pleasantly surprised! I've already been back 4 times and still haven't been disappointed. The staff working there are also super sweet and wonderful! This place is up there with Palace for me
I did not know this place existed but what a delight when my client suggested we meet here. Great atmosphere and were able to visit easily. I didn’t eat but my client said the quiche was fantastic. Drinks were great and the staff was very prompt and pleasant. Highly recommend if you are over by the hospital. It’s worth the drive.

The coffee and food, especially the baked goods are delicious! The owner roasts his own beans & does the baking himself & you can really taste the quality in his products. If I lived in Amarillo I would definitely be a regular!!!
