So, I want to preface this by saying I just complimented the staff a couple weeks ago and thanked them for being open until 9 and serving a nice variety of food options in the evening because "Eightbucks" packs snacks up at 5 and theirs tastes like the packages they come in. Strata's seemed much fresher and the staff are friendly, unlike the chains that basically hate you. Now that Strata just reduced their hours to closing at 6 & 7 pm, we have no coffee shops (that I know of)...read full review
Their Chai Latte is hands down the best in town! I've had a Vanilla Latte as well and it was also fantastic! I just love that they serve both coffee and alcohol. It's a great option for people coming off work all hours of the day and afternoon/evening. The staff have always been very friendly and kind. I haven't tried the food yet but it's next on my list. Cute and spacious little spot, I highly recommend!

I was visiting Amarillo and needed a coffee. I followed yelps directions that I needed to try. Yelp is correct. I got a nitro coffee after speaking to one of the employees and it was absolutely delicious. Next time I'm in Amarillo, I will be coming back.
