Everything stared was great customer service not so good training isn't like it used to be smile ask how your day is going makes you feel welcome and makes you want to go back. Clean environment but nasty service ,let's get back to were the customer came 1st and the and made you feel like family take pride in your hygiene and if that employee is not showing any of the skills mentioned your getting set up for failier. Bring customer service back and it starts with management real
