This location is severely under staffed in the late night hours. One cook and two waitresses. It was busy and a Friday night! Our waitress was very friendly and attentive! Never had to ask for a refill. She kept our cups full. This location needs some TLC and a good deep clean. But for a first time at Wafflehouse it was good!
On the way through Amarillo you'll encounter several different waffle Houses that all serve the exact same tasty meal. What separates the one on Coulter is the people that bring their own special for us to enjoy. And by the way the health department knows this location is a ? and so will

Server was having a bad day it seemed, but we all have them. The food was good, hash browns needed cooked a little more. Maybe scattered a bit instead of cooked in a mound. I'll go back for sure!!
