Bread very hard especially around the edges of the sandwich. You had to tear the bread of like beef jerky and spit it out. But while some parts of the bread was soft , that part was edible. Taste was excellent!

I made a order online. They were out of the product I ordered, Can’t even say sorry. I also asked for a water cup, and they were also out of that as well. Ridiculous

I went inside they had 2 people at the front, they can make 2 orders at the same time, they told me they can't and that I would have to wait 15 minutes for a 5 minute sandwich even though I just watched them make someone else's order that was there, that doesn't make any sense, can someone there explain the logic here?
I did drive through on Ross Street..That's what I like about it.

I went to subway this afternoon and Luis helped us. He was friendly, fast and washed his hands when he changed gloves! The sandwich was perfect and he was very patient when we asked for specifics with our dressing. Thanks Luis for such great service keep up the good work!

Showed up & placed an order at their drive threw Drove around to order the window and waited 10 minutes before someone came to the window, just to find out that the order board doesn't work. Then, we were told that they could not toast anything and they were out of a lot of their menu items.

Went to drive thru to pickup my online order. The girl told me i had to come inside to get it. Pulled 5 feet up and parked, walked in and she handed me the sandwiches. Why she could not give me thru the window.

I ordered online yesterday as "a guest". I drove up and the girl told me they didn't have my order. I told them I had a tuna sandwich and a beef one. They said they didn't make either of those recently. I was annoyed, but okay sure, I'll contact my bank and have them refund me that purchase. So I downloaded the app and signed in and placed my order again. Paid twice. Just for the girl to come back to the window and tell me, "we JUST ran out of beef. I was pissed and asked them to just cancel the second order too, I've already wasted 20 minutes in the drive thru.
Then, today, I tried again, this time earlier in the day hoping someone else was working. I placed the exact same order. Pulled up to the drive thru and waited all.ost 10 minutes. Mind you, there was ONE car in the parking lot. The same girl from yesterday comes up and says
"you have an online order right?" "Yeah, two foot longs, one beef one tuna. Same as yesterday." "You'll have to come inside to get it."
I asked her why she couldn't just give me my order. It's already paid for, all she has to do is grab it and hand it to me. She rudely just slammed the window shut and walked away. So I pulled up the the front door and walk in and some other lady yells towards me while taking someone's order at the register, "You're order is over there!"
Y'all were going to give me my order through the drive through yesterday, why can't you do it today? This subway has the worst employees I've ever seen!

I have always been a fan of subway and I rarely post bad reviews but this particular experience with this subway shop made me write this review. It was the worst subway ever felt like we are eating just the bread, empty subway wasn’t enough to disappoint that on top of it, it also had a hair strand for an extra topping ?
