The two girls that worked "together" on 8/16/23 @ 6:58pm cst were so disrespectful and lazy. We ordered and I was appalled to see them putting freezer burnt veggies in our sandwiches, old tomatoes and when my 15 year old daughter went to ask for more lettuce she was told she would be charged for a 6 inch to get extra lettuce. When my daughter walked away, one girl came out from the back asking what happened and the girl that tried to charge my daughter turned her back away from our view, whispered to the other girl and they both laughed loudly , stared at us and walked to the back. You tell me if you'd come back to experience this? I do not recommend this place for food, service or atmosphere. It's FREE to be kind!!!!!

We travel all over the USA ...but live in Amarillo. This is the most Pathetic subway I have been to in all 29 states we have been to in last two yrs and over 45 subways.They have zero clue what they are doing... their excuse is I DON'T KNOW HOW RO DO THAT...tell them to ask the manager.....they always say they canty call the manager and I have never seen one...zero training...go elsewhere...ANYWHERE but here

Food was on par for Subway. The kids working the night of 8/7/2022 were helpful and friendly. A previous customer had left the women's restroom a mess, and the employees quickly cleaned it up. They were quick to complete our orders and didn't flinch when we asked if the salad we ordered could be chopped. While we were eating a mother and 12 year old son came in, the son got upset and stormed out knocking the door off its hinges. I was able to fix it for them and the kids were so grateful. They try hard there.

Great subs & awesome employees, it's a little pricey but everything cost more these days, thanks to our Federal Government, when we going from being an energy exporter to importing oil from our enemies, that happens

It's been years the last time was here. They don't have the sub I always ordered. The food is ok but walked in a bigger girl was mopping the floor sitting down at the tables. The way she was mopping don't think I would go back for half as clean.

I'm out here in amarillo on work and have been for a minute and this is the first time I've walked into one of these local subways and this one was ran professionally. Adam was quick to help assist me and was very communicating when it came down to what I was wanting and overall had solid costumer service skills. I plan on returning to this location again. Like all food service operations Subway is having issues supplying all their stores with ingredients and supplies - good thing there are so many options to choose from.Service was very fast. Very accurate and friendly.Highly recommend.

This location is CONSTANTLY out of ingredients that they still advertise on their menu, but they claim they don't carry at that location (i.e. spinach wraps)
