Good food. I had the cabrito alpastor. Not what I expected but was delicious

El Braceros | Mexican is a small mom/pop place serving solid, authentic Mexican food. The menu is extensive and varied, with flavorful dishes like the molcajete, described as the best packed with flavor and spice. Other highlights include extraordinary grilled meats, nicely seasoned beef fajitas, cabrito al pastor (shredded goat meat on a sizzling platter), mole enchiladas, tamales, and a carne guisada that reminds of home. The salsa is tasty, somewhat spicy but not super hot. The food is very reasonably priced and equally delicious. Service is friendly, helpful, attentive, and thoughtful, though it can vary. The restaurant doesn’t look special from the outside, but the food and service make up for the atmosphere. It is just a few blocks from I-40, great for locals or those passing through.
