We were traveling through the Panhandle and stopped for a night in Amarillo. We asked the Hampton Inn front desk clerk to recommend good local place to have an early dinner and she immediately responded with Coyote Bluff Cafe and wrote the address for us. When we got there we looked at each other bewildered and hesitated then decided that the parking lot was full so we’d give it a try.
