On more than one occasion I have had to wait an hour after my mobile order was said to be ready in the app before my food was actually ready because the management of this location refuses to have more than one person working during dinner rush hours. I've also never seen the same person working here more than once which leads me to believe there is an issue with poor management. That being said, the new girl who was swamped with orders and by herself did a great job preforming under pressure and I hope she finds gainful employment somewhere her skills and tenacity will actually be appreciated when she Inevitably gets fed up with working at this Subway.

The food is alright. It's Subway, just like any other Subway. This location runs out of items often.

I asked if the bread was soft. Slow service! They gave me hard as a rock bread! Could not even eat it. I will never eat Subway again. Thanks for ruining our lunch by serving nasty food.

I have gone to this location many times because it's close to my work. They had some good managers a year or so ago but they left for another store on western. Then location was closed several times and you never knew if they would be open. They opened back up two younger ladies working and an older lady there taking care of several young children and threatening them if they got up. Not sure if she was working but she did go in the back several times. The other two were talking among themselves while making sandwiches, customer service wasnt really their jam.
Approx one week ago I went again, one young man was working during lunch hour by himself, but had no tomatoes this day but he was very nice. I went again today for lunch. Again one lady working, looked like she just pulled all nighter and had a teenager with her. Took 20 min to serve 5 people in front if me. They asked if they could get a pretzel and she told them it was her first day and didnt know how to make them. Then a guy came in and said he had an online order. She told him she was all by herself and couldn't make his order. He asked for a refund and he left. When it was my turn to order I was told they only had white bread. Whats up, this location is horrible!! I appreciate her working alone on her first day but there should never be just one person at lunch time!!! Come on where is management?? I realize people don't show up for work but managers should step up and help. It's no wonder they can't keep help and I won't be a customer again as I'm sure others won't be either.

My husband and I went and got sandwiches for lunch and when we first walked in the environment was less than inviting. The workers did no look enthused to be there. Then when ordering our food the workers did not know the menu at all. I had to direct them on how it was made. Then the veggies they put like 4 olives and maybe 4 pickles when I asked if I could have a little more than tht she looked at me and said we are only allowed to put a certain amount on the sandwich. I didn't even respond. When she added the dressing she's put in on so fast and sloppy I had to tell her twice it was enough. Then my husband his sandwich had so much toppings on his and it was all clumped in the center of the sandwich. Like by far the worst experience ever. I don't recommend this subway on any level.

The messed up our order, ignored me and my bf when we waited at the counter, served us a uncooked cookie, they ignored us when we waited at the counter to pay, then stated the cookie was toasted when it was cold and uncooked.

This is the second subway store that I have been to in the last 10 minutes and both are closed. The door states that they close at nine but I guess they meant seven thirtyish. Jersey Mike’s you get my business because you are open.
