“I liked the service it was very friendly and fast but got our order correct. We went through the drive thru so can't say how it was on the inside but the customer service was good. The day was a pretty day so is traveling we just ate outside in the vehicle and enjoyed ourselves..by the way order through there app makes it even better.“
“I ordered my food and by the time I got there they had it ready for pickup it was nice and warm and everything was included nothing was forgotten. Everybody including my picky son liked what they got I even got extras on the hot sauce and on the napkins which is a big deal since I have kids thank you for the dinner“

“No more ordering at the front counter. You use the kiosk to order, which is strange. It took a while to get my order, but may have been because of the person's order in front of me. The place was a mess! Dirty tables and trash on the floor. Counter around hot sauce was also dirty. Prices, as always, are reasonable.“

“I placed an online order and ended up having to wait for 30 minutes in the store for my order to be ready. I understand being shortstaffed and don’t have an issue with that, but when I got to the car, one of the tacos literally had two pieces of chicken on it. I took it back inside and was quite upset, but the lady that I believe to be the manager, who has a heart tattoo next to her eye, was amazing and offered to remake two right away. She said she had somebody training in my order accidentally got bumped to the back of the line and was very apologetic and kind and caring. She was super fast, and made what was like likely the best taco I’ve ever had from Taco Bell. Thank you for being awesome and taking care of the issue.“
“Employees are always friendly and willing to explain new food menus and preparation of food, whether thru the drive thru or inside at counter. The manager recognizes senior discounts, which is greatly appreciated by someone who is on a fixed income.
Parking: Handicap parking is in front of the entrance and is limited with a ramp to the entrance.
Kid-friendliness: The kid menu is about the same as the regular menu in smaller portions and choices of milk or juice to the soft drinks.
Wheelchair accessibility: There are tables designated as handicap seating for wheelchairs or other mobility devices.“
