Although our original order was incorrect, Malachi was quick to fix it and even gave us a refund for the trouble. Best Taco Bell location in Amarillo!
Came for what should have been a quick order with the family. We have waited in the drive thru an hour and fifteen minutes ago, and placed our order 45 minutes ago. We are waiting with one car in front of us. Management should be ashamed of how slow this location is. We could have literally driven across town to a different location, got our food, and driven back home in less time.
I ordered a huge order online a couole of days ago... everything was completely right except 2 burritos... I went inside (after drive thru pick up) and a young man named Noah was not only apologetic, but very fast at correcting my order himself. It was very much appreciated!! Went for the food will return for the service!!!!!

Taco Bell offers consistent food quality, but this location is pricier. Despite a great location, service can be slow and orders are sometimes incorrect, such as missing tomatoes or beans on certain items. The atmosphere often lacks attention to detail, with unclean tables. Long waits, especially for simple orders like a quesadilla, can lead to frustration and deter future visits. However, customers appreciate that the food is always fresh, and staff members are friendly, caring, and quick to fix mistakes. The nachos are loaded, and the Mexican pizza is highly praised, with some saying it’s the best they’ve ever had. Recently, the restaurant has been noted for its good customer service, with friendly greetings and attentive workers, making it a favorite spot in the area.
