“Stopped by on our way back to Dallas from Albuquerque. As much as I love Barbacoa, I decided to skip it based on reviews, and I am so glad I didn’t try it. My dad ordered and couldn’t even eat it. It’s NOT barbacoa. It’s more like brisket or shredded beef. I ordered a Rojo and my hubby ordered a Chicharron. They were both okay. But the Chile Verde, which my hubby and I both had, was delicious and worth the over 30 minute wait.“

“Great place to eat and the service is awesome. I ordered 4 trays of tacos to go and they had them ready at the exact time they told me to pick them up. The asada and al pastor tacos were excellent, their salsas are off the charts. I highly recommend Tacos El Tule.“
“Best tacos in town! I've tried so many taco trucks and these are the best hands down. From cebolla with jalapenos (always included with the taco orders) to the tacos de carne asada *chef's kiss* We go almost every week and we've been know to go up to 2xs a week.
Parking: If all the spaces are taken up at the taco truck, you can always find parking at El Tropico or on the street next to El Tropico“
