The Brunch Truck was amazing! The breakfast was fresh, flavorful, and made to order with quality ingredients. Every bite was delicious, the portions were generous, and the staff was friendly and welcoming. Great service, creative menu, and a must-visit spot for brunch lovers!

I was in town for a couple of days at the Barfield Hotel and decided to walk over to The Brunch Truck, which was an excellent decision. I had the pancakes, eggs, bacon and potatoes — outstanding! I took it to go, but they do have a storefront with inside seating. My only mistake was not picking up plasticware, so I had to locate some at the hotel. Friendly service and reasonable prices. Highly recommend!

It is as decent eatery. The ordering process was a bit awkward. Basically just a sitting area for a food truck. Food was good but nothing to go out of your way for.

I already know that nobody back home will believe me when I talk about how utterly delicious the vegan version of the Philly is here. Definitely a must-stop on my list.

Except the Al Pastor tacos when I went but otherwise, everything; including the carnivore burrito. Had the Philly (beyond beef and an in-house Vegan cheese) and it easily beats most of the meat-based ones I used to enjoy. Definitely stopping by the next time I can!
We ordered carnivore burrito, kitchen sink biscuits and gravy and all American breakfast. Ordered a Shirley temple regular strawberry lemonade and a michelada. Michelada was good but my husband was too unsure about the herbs in mix, shirley temple had a creamy twist I liked it. The food was good perfect size for me but for my husband and son need bigger portions. All in all it was good. First time in.

I recommend this to everyone when they want something different than the usual brunch places in Amarillo. A kitchen sink burrito and french toast will hit the spot everytime. Recently I’ve been hooked on the Al pastor Jethro burrito. This was also my saving grace when I couldn’t have dairy. One of the very few comfort foods I could eat in Amarillo and I’m so appreciative for that dairy free option ❤️😭 Paul is so down to Earth as well. He’s the owner and always makes sure I’m taken care of and informed on menu items!

Amazing little sitting area inside for the food truck, staff was super friendly, food was amazing! Family of 6 we are all basically vegan and we ordered a bunch of different items to try and share and everything was great from the French toast to the breakfast Mac n cheese.

We stopped by as we were passing through town and absolutely loved it. We got 5 different dishes and every one was tasty. My daughter has celiac and they had several GF options. Staff were great and it was very affordable. Great place!

They can make a vegan version of just about anything on the menu. This is a family owned and operated business, and they are very kind and caring. They have indoor seating if you want to dine-in and have mimosas, but they are great for take-out if you prefer that.

Best pancake I have ever had, but now I’m sad because we aren’t from here and it’s to far to go back to eat there again 😭😂😂😂

Love that 99% of their food can be made vegan! Their vegan French toast was so good. I've only been to two places that have served good vegan French toast, and this is one. My dad highly recommends their half and half sweet tea.
