They offer both vegan and non vegan options. We sometimes eat eggs, so being able to modify real eggs with vegan bacon, and cheese was perfect for my husband. While i got to enjoy a fully vegan burrito. They were kind, and made it a personalized experience. Quick turn time was great for hopping back on the road quickly.

The owner/chef came over to talk to us about all of the vegan options. Everything but one item can be made vegan as all of the base ingredients are vegan and then non-vegan proteins can be added. We tried a bunch of dishes and loved all of it. Food is served in To Go boxes with plastic silverware. Alcohol is available including beer and mimosas. Coffee. Juices. You can draw on a little tile and add it to the wall with a positive message.

Staff are very knowledgeable about vegan options & clearly passionate about the food. And it shows! The cheesesteak was delicious & really well seasoned. And the potato salad was actually the best potato salad I’ve ever had, even compared to non-vegan ones! The classic french toast was perfectly cooked and seasoned. Prices are soooo reasonable especially considering the quality and quantity of food. I will definitely go back & am eager to try the other items on the menu!

Chill down town spot with a 50/50 (trad/vegan) menu. Solid biscuits and gravy. Thank you for providing vegan options during our road trip.

We stopped here on our way to Dallas from Colorado. They were very accommodating to our requests and let our dog in the restaurant too. The migas was amazing probably one of the best I’ve had in a while. The prices are pretty reasonable as well. The 2 ladies working in the front were very nice to us.

Thank you looking forward to stopping again.

Traveling across the country, finding a vegan friendly restaurant can be a real challenge! But The Brunch Truck in Amarillo is an Oasis in the Vegan Desert! The food is Great! The Chef and Staff are phenomenal! It was a great place to relax and enjoy a delicious meal.

Vegetarian options: They have a very accommodating and talented Chef, the number of choices for vegetarian, vegan or even gluten free folks are numerous. It is a great place for casual dining.

Dietary restrictions: The menu also has gluten free choices, which for those who need it, is very good to know. The food is great!

Had the "Vegan Migas", BEST Breakfast I've had in quite awhile! Great place for a mix of family or friends that are either vegan or non-vegan, the options felt endless for both. Had the opportunity to write positive affirmations/notes on chaulk boards on the walls, for other patrons, that was pretty cool. Overall: This is a MUST STOP for me in Amarillo!

Some people just know food. This is one of those places. I had my mind blown, stereotypes get crushed. I just wanted taste and its all that. Vegan tho. Biscuits and gravy. The food is amazing and the staff is magic. It was a good truck but they are prolly a diner by now.

Easily the best breakfast place in Amarillo. Burritos? Amazing! Pancakes? Melt- in-your-mouth good. This is such a great hole in the wall place and feels like one of the best kept secret breakfast spots in town. Great vegan options as well for those who prefer that.

Parking: Currently there is some road construction on the one way road that this restaurant is on but hopefully should be cleared soon. It also didn’t stop a lot of people from coming here for Sunday brunch.
