The Roof Top @ 6 Car is a newly remodeled restaurant in downtown Amarillo. The interior is lovely, with a quieter upstairs area. The staff is attentive and accommodating, making sure all needs are met. While the outdoor area was not available due to propane issues, the service was still top-notch. The beer sampler, especially the El Vaquero, was a hit, and the Climate Change burger with beer cheese was a standout dish. The Short Rib Grilled Cheese was also highly praised. Despite a slight draft beer limitation, the overall experience was delightful and warrants a return visit.
