The Roof Top @ 6 Car is a newly remodeled restaurant in downtown Amarillo. The interior is lovely, with a quieter upstairs area and excellent ambiance. The staff is attentive and accommodating, making sure all needs are met. The beer sampler, especially the El Vaquero, was a hit, and the Climate Change burger with beer cheese remains a standout dish. The Short Rib Grilled Cheese pairs perfectly with the au jus, and the Korean baby back ribs and jalapeño cheese stuffed pretzel are also excellent choices. While the outdoor area was not available due to propane issues, the service is still top-notch and quick. The beer options are good, though some may find the Six Car burger less appealing due to granulated cheese. Despite being a bit loud at times, the overall experience is delightful and warrants a return visit.
