The manager, Roseanne quickly had an item remade when they left the pickles off. This goes above and beyond as I would have been happy just to get some pickles. The food and service at this Wendy’s makes them the best in town. Seems like they have a good mix of employees.
The crew at this Wendy’s rocks it. They get super busy especially on Sunday’s, which is when our church group goes and they appeared to be really short staffed but they came through like super stars. Diane who was cashier at the front counter took orders and watched for food to be prepared so it didn’t set and get cold, which I appreciate. Her time management skills were amazing!
Ive been there twice and both times my order was wrong and missing food items. Today I tried to call 3 times since getting home with my short order and cant get anyone to answer the phone. I am very disappointed in the service there.
