My last order, was wrong. I got half Buffalo wings. I never order buffalo wings from Wingstop, as you can get those pretty much everywhere else. Decided to give it another try. Ordered half hot honey rub, and half Korean BBQ. Very little seasoning and sauce. Tasted like basic fried chicken. Maybe didn't get shaken up well enough? Idk. No carrots, only celery sticks. The fries were the most flavorful part of the meal. Used to love this place, now just disappointing.

The Store In Canyon is awesome Store. They actually know what they sell. I went to the one on 45th. All they wanted was my name first and then they couldn’t tell me anything about their hot wings so I went to Canyon which is closer to me and I really enjoyed the service and their product knowledge.

Night crew was horrible and night Manager was extremely rude someone stole my order and they refused to remake it had to call corporate to get a refund and a apology will never be going here ever again Need to fire or replace the night managers

I ordered a chicken sandwich from here and it came with barely any sauce and was missing pickles. The sandwich literally only has sauce, chicken and pickles on it so I don't understand how you can f it up so badly.

Not really thrilled about it. You have to wait a long time for your order and they always Everytime never get the order right or they forget about your order because they are always backed up with orders. Not very organized.

Manager was rude . Took over an hour an a half and our delivery time kept going up. When my wife called to get an update, an employee cancelled our order without letting us know and we couldn’t get a refund unless we went there. We didn’t want to drive into town that’s the whole point of delivery. I will never give them any business. The worst customer service I’ve ever had.
