I waited 15 min in the phone. Got 20 piece with fries. They said will be ready in 10 min I was ok I waited on phone longer. Got here 15 min. Still not ready like why is every store the same they can't get time for shit. And 1 person answering the phone and he is great but there are 4 people in the back and half them ain't doing shit like yall can be answering phones while this man takes care if people walking in simple.

Called and spoke to a manager Ricky I think his name was and told him about a dead fly being cooked onto one of our pieces of chicken. He said I could come back and get the replacement but I was not willing to do so. I requested my money back for that item and he said he was not able to do so and was very rude about it. He didn’t know what I wanted him to do was his words. Requested his boss call me and here we are almost a week and nothing.

Placed an online order at 3pm to be ready by 715pm. When we arrived they informed us that not only is our order not ready but there is 23 orders ahead of us. None of which ordered ahead of us. You had 4 hours lol. How incompetent can management possibly be.

I had ordered my food with a side of ranch and when i received my food it did not come with ranch , and when I told them and showed my receipt, they told me to look under the fries.Ranch was still not there, and then was told by the very rude manager to bring my food back inside after it was already taken out . Not sure if this is accurate but doesn’t that go against health code violations to bring food back in over the counter ? The manager proceeded to then basically finger my food with no gloves and then proceeded to show terrible customer service.

I had ordered my food with a side of ranch. When I received my food there was no ranch, so I decided to go back in and ask for ranch. The manager said I had to bring the bag in, AFTER I showed my receipt and went outside, they told me to look under the fries and when I found it still wasn’t there they made me bring my bag in and the manager rummaged through my food with her hands with no gloves looking for it.
