Ordered an hour and a half ahead of time for wings to be ready at 8:15. Got there on time to pick up and was told we had to wait 20 minutes. Called and spoke to 'a manager' Rudy and was hung up on initially after they were unable to explain why the wings weren't ready. Called back to inquire about a refund and was told I needed to physically be present at the store for a refund. I protested and finally was told 'they will take care of it '.......we'll see.

We called and the manager told us we could either wait or get a refund. Those were our options. Horrible customer service! Super disappointed in the service.

Ordered at 6:50 online to skip the wait. I was told 45 min. I arrived at 7:45 to see the place packed. That's fine and all if my food is done. It wasn't and I was told it would be another 30-45 min. I already paid for my food mind you and was needing to leave town. Let me give you a word of advice...if you can't keep up with demand...STOP TAKING THE DANG ORDERS! I don't have pictures because I left and went to Canes.

Ordered takeout by website tonight at 6:53pm. Was told it would take 50-55min. Arrived at 7:45 to find about 20ppl waiting as well. Was told it would be about 15-25 more minutes. 1 hr later at 8:45 is when I finally got my order. Even more people were coming/going and were super mad. Nearly 2hrs to get my prepaid food was nowhere near worth the overdone quality we received!!! Fries were limp/flimsy just tiny bits. No apology or anything either. Disappointed.

No call either to tell me it was made earlier than agreed. Had to warm up my food when I got home. The people were nice though so that’s a plus. I guess.

Fries were a little cold and wings didn't have much sauce. Chicken sandwich was not very good compared to other restaurants. Do not recommend. Overall it was mediocre but have ate there before and it was delicious.
Called in an order to the facility and was told it would be a 50 minute wait, my husband went to pick up the food before the hour was up and when he walked in the manager was calling to let us know our food was ready but it was not the correct number because he did not receive a call. We ordered a sandwich combo with a side of Cajun corn, cheese fries and a 10 piece Cajun corn. We did not receive our drink, the cheese for the cheese fries was not pourable to put in the fries, my chicken sandwich was dry and absolutely disgusting, the fries were crumbs and our corn was cold. The food tastes like it’s been sitting there well over 15 minutes. This has been the WORST Wingstop order I have ever gotten. Unfortunately we did not eat and it went to the trash.
