I have been going to Roaster’s for over 20 years. They have always been consistently good, make amazing drinks…but best of all are the baristas. Some of the best customer service in Amarillo…. And definitely the best coffee!!

I haven’t been to Roasters in years, but thought I’d stop and grab me a coffee since I left mine at home. Needless to say it was..”bad”. I went back expressed my concern and the staff made it right and some!
I haven’t seen customer service like this in a very long time. Props to Scott and his Georgia Street Crew for being the kindest and going beyond what I ever expected!

Roasters Coffee & Tea is a consistently good restaurant with amazing drinks and some of the best customer service in Amarillo. The staff is friendly, helpful, and surprisingly fast even during a morning rush with cars wrapped around the building. One visit featured a wonderful white mocha latte with an extra shot and strawberry Italian sodas for the kids, and the staff gave a free replacement drink after a child spilled theirs in the drive-through. Another customer enjoyed a vanilla/coconut latte and a blueberry bagel. The biggest downside is that parking is very difficult, with every spot full, requiring a walk through a field. When the drive-thru is busy, the service can wane, and the consistency of the product differs per barista. The small cafe has limited seating and can be loud at times, but the best coffee is to be found here, and stroopwafels are also available.
