Absolutely incredible ihop location. It's fairly new yet it has an amazing staff and great food. It has all day menu options between Ihop and Applebee's so it has a variety of foods to satisfy everyone's cravings. I highly recommend this place to the locals as well as it has a special mural on the wall dedicated to Chambers county!

This IHOP location is fairly new and has an amazing staff and great food. It has all day menu options between IHOP and Applebee's, so it has a variety of foods to satisfy everyone's cravings. It has a special mural on the wall dedicated to Chambers county. One visit for breakfast early on a Saturday morning had a waitress who was not attentive at all. It took forever for her to come to the table, and once the food came, she never came back to see how things were or if anything was needed. Waiting on the ticket to check out meant going to the Mgr to check out and complain about service. She apologized and gave a discount on the ticket. A return visit was planned for a later date. A 2nd visit to this location was substantially better than the last visit. The food was really good and the waiter was very attentive, friendly, and accurate with the order. The first visit was definitely good but it was apparent that the waitress was still learning, understandably so due to the fact that this is a newly established IHOP/Applebee's. A visit a few days ago at this new location expected maybe a wait. Instead there was excellent service. The food was out fast. It was delicious as well. The treatment was like family there. The manager was checking the table along with other tables, in and out of the kitchen checking on production and speed. This new location was highly impressive. A first time customer at that new location treated Mom and Myself to dinner since they recently just opened/new and can truly say from experience the food was good to the atmosphere with good music and customer service was good, recommended if it's a first time. Now with an Applebee's, always wanted to do pancakes and wings. This is a super convenient location between Beaumont and Houston. The trio sampler and those crispy wonton tacos, pretzels with the beer cheese and quesadillas were amazing.
