“Yesterday, I went to sonic with my 3 kids. After I ordered, and they gave me my food, I went to pay but I had brought the wrong card (it was an old deactivated card). I was so embarrassed. I asked about the tap and go pay but they didn't have that. I was trying to contact my husband to get his card numbers so they could manually enter it and he wasn't answering.I was extremely embarrassed to say the least.That's when a male employee (I wish I caught his name) came out and said "don't worry about it, you are good to go. Enjoy the rest of your day." I guess the manager said that they will take care of it.This is such a big deal to me. This tells me that they aren't in the business of just making money but feeding families and taking care of their community.Thank you again!“
