We enjoy coming here for breakfast tacos. They are very delicious and large servings! We really love the hot sauces! The lady is always very sweet taking our order!

I waited forever for my food but it was delicious. We ordered the barbacoa tacos, pastor taco, and a mini hippo. They were all 9/10. Will be back but will try to get here earlier to avoid the long line/wait.

Early Bird Taqueria serves fresh and high-quality food at an affordable price. The breakfast and lunch options, including the massive "Monster breakfast tacos," fajita burrito, and the famous Hippo taco, are highly recommended. The small Hippo taco is big enough for most, while the regular Hippo taco is perfect for those with a big appetite. Good big tacos come with a tortilla that doesn’t break, and the breakfast plate offers a big serving of really tasty food. The service is great and fast, with a 10/10 rating, and the front ladies are nice. Be sure to try the spicy green hot salsa, and vegetarian options like breakfast tacos with egg, potatoes, and cheese are also available. The interior is very basic with a couple of tables and booths. Prices are cheap compared to other places, especially when adding a drink.
