Do yourself the favor of coming to treat yourself to consistently delicious food at this establishment. The barbacoa and menudo from Early Bird’s are the best you will find in this area.The owners and workers always greet you with a smile, and they show genuine gratitude for obtaining your business every time you come by.To me, that’s how a great restaurant should be ran, and Early Bird’s has never fallen short of that high standard. Monster breakfast "tacos" are actually the size of a burrito. The green hot salsa is pretty spicy, in the way asian hot mustard is spicy. It also has a lingering after burn like habanero. It's mostly thin, not chunky. Probably the best hot salsa of its kind in the area that I have tried, but I *prefer* red HOT salsas with cilantro and serrano which they don't have.Vegetarian options: Breakfast tacos with egg, potatoes, and cheese.
