“Shawn is absolutely fantastic!
I thought I had put a Brisket Bagel in my order but apparently it got deleted when I logged in; ordered everything else and picked the food up.
When I got home I realized it was missing, checked my order, and I had in fact not paid for it. When I called Shawn he told me not to worry about it at all, even threw in a cookie, and had it fresh and waiting when we got there.
