“The bagel was soft and enjoyable. Sadly it was dry even though it was a melt. Would have thought it would have butter or mayonnaise, but there was nothing. Also only 1 slice of ham. Wouldn't say a slice of cheese and a slice of ham was worth $7 when a plain bagel is $2.15.“

“I love Einsteins bagels and coffee, but in particular this location (Tollway and Parker). It’s one of the only stores that has survived, and seemingly thrived for decades. The staff here is a cut above. Many of the staff have been here for years, or have migrated from other stores that have closed (as I used to frequent those locations too). The newer employees, some who have now been at this location for a while, have clearly adopted the hard work/customer service mindset. This store has several Einstein veterans who lead by example & why customers like myself keep returning.
Just wanted to take the time to give credit where due and acknowledge a well run operation. It’s a pleasure to visit each and every time! All the best on continued success and keep up the good work!!“

“Employees are amazing but the clientele sucks. I was just there the other day. Every time I come there, there's a customer screaming over something unreasonable and the employees just sit there and take it and still do whatever the customers says and then keep working like it didn't happen. I really hope that management that actually cares about their well being gets that. Cause the customers obviously don't.“

“We came here looking for a place to have a pizza, sandwich, and salad in a chill atmosphere. We also checked out their cocktails, which are really great! Don’t overlook their breakfast sandwiches and tacos, they’re very good. Bring your laptop and enjoy. We will be back.“
