they need to work on parking. I got there after a 700 mile drive at 5:30 for 7pm show. finally found a lot that didn't need a pass at 7:30 paid $50 to park and still missed a hour of the show I drove my family from iowa to watch

First time here! Food is served cold and tastes absolutely disgusting!! I was nauseous while trying to eat it. They make you buy collectable cups and but will not refill them! You have to buy another cup each time! Not to mention how outrageous the concession stand prices are! I plan on not be attending another event here. My review doesn't mean much but for the prices, you'd think the food would at least be edible! Staff is rude and unapproachable when asking basic questions.

The bar here is solid and tasteful. Me and my family came here for an health event and enjoyed the presentation and tour. The customer service was definitely 5 stars. thats what we like the most about the Sports bar was how friendly and informative the staff was. Dont quite reccomend for kids but during certain events its kid friendly and family orientated.

Today was supposed to be my day (11/27/2025). I saved up to spend my birthday at AT&T Stadium for the first time — and sadly, it will also be my last.
I bought tickets through StubHub that showed Section 229, Seats 9 & 10, but when they transferred to SeatGeek, they showed General Standing. I had no idea there was even a separate standing area.
My mom and I drove from Houston, and when we went to check Section 229, the staff member there snapped on me, yelled in front of everyone, and even disrespected me and my mother instead of helping us understand the ticket confusion.
Even after calling security, the same staff member kept taunting us. One yellow-shirt guard tried to help, but another acted like we were lying about our tickets because the apps didn’t match.
This was the worst birthday experience I’ve ever had. The customer service and professionalism were terrible, and I wouldn’t recommend this experience to anyone.

Front door Security is a bunch of power tripping hot headed jerks ! We Drove 3 1/2 hrs (over an hour fighting traffic) to see monster trucks, paid over $200 for tickets, plus the ridiculous parking fees and still had to walk a mile to still get to the arena, just be met at the front door with men that wouldn’t let me in The door unless I threw my purse away. It was a very small crossbody purse. I emptied it to show all that was in it which wasn’t much (money, phone , keys , pen, earbuds and lipstick) and they didn’t care. Our choice was Throw the purse away or leave and take it to the car which was 1 mile walk away and we had a my young granddaughter with us who was already tired then upset at how we were being treated. And to add insult to injury as soon as I threw my purse away so we could go in, literally everywhere I look are people with HUGE purses, extra large backpacks and large handbags and Fanny packs. If it’s a rule then make it a rule for everyone not just whom you decide to pick and chose to discriminate against! What a disappointment to say the least! Thanks for ruining an evening that we had looked forward to for months! 🤬🤬🤬

Phantom Sports bar! Shows as open on Google, asked at reception and they had never heard of this place, looked at us like we was stupid for asking!!

They don't offer individual food or service in the suites, nor can food be delivered to them... Everything is far to get, and you don't know the people to buy large party items.
