BamBoo Pho and Springroll

I’m trying to understand why are there reviews three weeks ago when I have been trying to go for the past month or so. Even Google says that they are temporary closed so I’m a little confused about the reviews that have been submitted three weeks to a little over a month ago and every time I call them they say that they are closed. LOVEEEEE this place so much. by far me and my families favorite vietnamese place in the metroplex. miley and her husband know us as regulars know. they’re extremely nice and have great customer service. i recommend everything on their menu, but their spicy edamame is AMAZING ! you can’t go wrong with anything on this menu. try the spicy shrimp and calamari as well. YUMMY !

i don't know if there are words to convince everyone to come here. i have tried countless bowls of pho and no one has lived up to bamboo. their spicy tofu is the most amazing and delicious appetizer, they make it crispy MMMM add it into your spring roll with some peanut sauce.... literally would make an entire religion based on bamboo. love their vegetable pho, broth is flavorful and not oily or tasting like water, which seems to be the experience at many places. if i could over...read full review
