I selected “poor presentation” because there wasn’t a “dirty” or “messy” option.
We arrived and they were a little busy. We could not find a low table that was clean. The napkins weren’t where customers could help themselves. We didn’t even get napkins with our food. I ordered two meals tonight using the Burger King app. The order numbers were 25 and 26. I arrived at the restaurant and they only had order 26 ready. The employee behind the counter told me they never received order 25. I asked to speak to the manager because my credit card had been charged for both orders and I had email receipts that showed what was ordered. supposedly manage, Luis took my order and I asked for #burger only , burger with cheese bacon meal he try to sell me a 1.99 burger with bacon and I wanted a large burger, I ordered a medium shake bc they didn't have a small he didn't put the lid on it well it spilled in my cup holder and I pulled it out to spill outside he turned and saw how it wasted on my car but didn't apologize I went to get money back on the extra fries cause my total was $19 and dome change, he needs more...read full review
