I just got done coming from the Dutch Bros by the police station in Grand Prairie. I understand being human, maybe not liking the heat or what not but to make me go from there to this Dutch bros! All because I feared my coffee was spit on for waiting over 15 minutes and asking with a manly tone but have a skinny slim body not to match my tone. So I went to this Dutch bros on Collins and they made me feel welcomed, apologized for something she didn’t even do and home boy in drive...
Amazing customer service from the drive through employee. She was so sweet in taking her time to get me a beverage adequate for my long drive.. she doesn’t know this but my dad had recently passed away and I had been dealing with a lot that whole week before driving back to Austin, so the complimentary drink really brightened up my day.
