Hibachi 97 is a long-standing family favorite known for its delicious food, especially the fried rice. Despite a slight delay in opening, the friendly staff and cold beer contribute to a pleasant experience. The lobster and filet dish is highly recommended and worth the price. The Hibachi Chef is talented and entertaining, providing a memorable dining experience with a fantastic volcano show at the end. Vegetarian options are available, featuring generous portions of tasty veggies. The restaurant prides itself on making everything in-house, from sauces to soups, ensuring amazing flavors throughout. The salad dressing is zingy and delicious, while the miso soup is wonderful.
