“I have never had Hondurean food before. This is a MUST HAVE. Its a little joint behind the car wash on Matlock. You wouldn't even know it was there, but please go find it. We ordered 1 Papusa con Polo. BURSTING with flavor! I asked for a fork and she said "A fork? Its better by hand" and she was right!! The 2nd dish was Pollo Pierna con tajadas. It looks like a huge plate of nachos but instead of chips its has plantains. It topped with a some type of cole slaw, picked onions and an entire fried leg/thigh combo! OMG! We will definitely be back!“
