I’m not sure who showed these folks how to cook and cut a brisket. This is not how Texans do it! And the kid who served it gave me an entire strip of just fat. I mean I know some people who like that. But I’m not the one. I asked for the next plate and explained that it was just too fatty for me. Could I get a leaner serving? Good BBQ. Corn bread was perfect; sweet and moist. Brisket was on dry side but still good. Mac & cheese was creamy. Small area for sitting in air conditioning if you need to get out of the heat. Will go to again. Is on meal plan.
Updating review. DO NOT COME HERE IN THE MORNING. pretty sure the food is just being reheated came at night time and everything was perfect. Nothing overcooked or dried out.
