I've been enjoying Nothing Bundt Cakes for a long time and my go to flavor is Lemon. Today, my brother stopped in and got me the gluten free lemon raspberry as I've been trying to stay away from gluten. I'm sorry but, the Lemon raspberry gluten free is not good at all, to me. The cake is harder instead of nice and fluffy and the flavor profile of the frosting was even off. Unfortunately, they don't have gluten free Lemon. So, I'll be sticking to the regular...
