I was order something and the young lady was rude about that because this receipt don’t have anyone can make it.The staff is not polite, they even curse customers. We do not feel satisfied with this service attitude.

Ordered at 9:00 a.m., the restaurant's staff sent the food at 9:30 a.m. When I got home at 10:00 a.m., I discovered that the vermicelli with tofu and shrimp paste I ordered only had vermicelli meat and no shrimp paste. I don't know if the restaurant owner ever pays attention to customer opinions and corrects the working attitude of the staff, or does he just think that because he rents space next to Hiep Thai market, the premises are convenient, so he doesn't care about their opinions. see more customers. I think I came last time because I wasn't the only restaurant selling Vietnamese food.

Took them 20 minutes to do my drink even tho the restaurant wasnt busy at all, I got my drink and I noticed that amount of ice they put in my drink is like 3/4 and not even a full cup, seriously need to do better

We ordered the bún chả Hanoi, hủ tiếu nam vang, cơm tấm sườn with green Thai tea and the original Phi milk tea.The bún chả Hanoi was delicious and tasted very authentic- the presentation was an added bonus. Was also surprised the hủ tiếu nam vang’s broth was very flavorful and clear.Other reviews stated bad service but we didn’t have a problem; it seems like it’s your typical Vietnamese restaurant service.Overall, the food and drinks were delicious and decor was cute.

I ordered c7 Nui Cao Bo beef to go it $15. Received small box (look on the picture of the box vs disposable knife). Mostly noddles very few of tiny pieces of beef. Test was fine but very poor value.

The to go buffet is a good deal. For 10.75 you can get a heap of rice and 3 sides.

Unfortunately Pho was too salty and tasted old. We went on a Friday night. Vietnamese iced coffee was delicious. Recommend to ask for half sweet on the pear tea bc that was too sweet.Wheelchair accessibility: Yes

Bought a grill pork sticky rice, spring roll, and egg roll for togo. We planned to eat them in the car and No spoon, fork or napkin. I guessed they want us to use our hand then. There is one time i dine in and the staff only bring me food without chopstick, spoon or anything. I think they want customer self serve themselves. If this is the case. We dont need to tip them i guess. Very unprofessional and bad customer service.

The food is great, especially for Arlington. The service is beyond horrible. I ordered a tray of egg rolls, after 40 minutes the person who took my order leaves. WTH, I ask the new shift guy whats up with my order, the kitchen never got it. 1 hour sitting right in front of the register !. I had to prove that I payed with the correct amount. Freaking clueless people working there just hanging out
