Phi is just simply the Best Vietnamese food you will find anywhere and it is a hidden Gem. I highly suggest the Bún Chá Hà Nòi, you will not find a better tasting dish anywhere, I would try anything here and know it would be delicious, and thebeggmilk coffee is Amazing!

Some employees, particularly a girl wearing black glasses and a girl with blond hair, need additional training in customer service, as they have been seen using phones instead of serving customers.
