Pollo Campero, a Dallas-based restaurant, sadly closed its location near the Parks Mall in Arlington in April 2023. Despite the inconvenience, customers raved about the delicious chicken, especially the spicy chicken sandwich. One reviewer found the empanadas to be yummy and hoped for a new location closer to Hwy 360 and I-20. Another customer enjoyed the hot and crispy fries and sandwich but found them lacking in seasoning and spice. However, the real highlight was the aguas frescas, which were described as incredibly refreshing, especially on a hot day.
