I just recently went through the drive thru, and I heard the manager taking my order. She is terrible there, she didn't even get my order right at all, I literally said how I want my order and she completely missed it up. I mean seriously I used to work at a drive thru and it's not that hard, all you have to do is just listen and ensure everything is correct. I swear any other employee working here can do a better job than her, god how does one even climb the ladder...
Felix/Service was a 6. Straight forward answers as to what chicken was fresh, offered sample to satisfy inquiry. I wanted the spicy but most importantly I want it hot. Hot regular no problem, I could be to particular with this location and I didn’t have to wait. Very impressed with this young man taking his job serious enough to address customer satisfaction. I have been to this location previously and vowed not to return but after returning from a 6h road trip and cowboys...
If you’re getting any wings with sauce either get extra sauce before u leave or check your order cause they definitely gonna short u on the sauce if I order BBQ WINGS I expect every wing sauced up not half a$$ to were they look like regular hot wings…. They definitely need to get it together I’m spending my money I expect to get exactly what I paid for.
