The quality and flavor are simply superior, the Colombian food most similar to that of our land in Arlington. It would have the fifth star if it weren't for the fact that the size of the establishment is a little small compared to its great flavor.
So service and atmosphere having a lower rating is just because of the nature of the resturant, they aren't actually bad in any way, but people who aren't culturally diverse may compare on where they're used to vs what this place is.
It's a hole in the wall establishment with maybe 3 tables to sit at.
Their empanadas are to die for. I brought a tray of half a dozen for a friend who has since passed and he devoured the whole thing...
