Hubby drove to Athens to pick up two dinners tonight and y'all!!! Amazing!!! 10 out of 10 I recommend!!!
I had a reservation for Thursday but they texted me saying they are not open on Thursdays. So i was not able to have dinner. Maybe the site should be updated so my hopes won't get up again.
The Soul Food Kitchen, also known as Ella B's, is a Black-owned restaurant that offers an excellent dining experience. The service is friendly and attentive, making guests feel welcome from the moment they enter. The atmosphere is enhanced by soulful music from the 80s, 90s, and 2000s.
The menu features delicious homestyle meals, such as perfectly seasoned pork chops, crispy fried catfish, and flavorful sides like mac and cheese, sweet potatoes, and collard greens. While the greens could use a bit more seasoning, the other dishes are sure to satisfy.
The restaurant has a pleasant ambiance, making it an ideal spot for a family dinner or a night out with friends. With its tasty food, great service, and inviting atmosphere, The Soul Food Kitchen is a dining destination worth returning to.
