UPDATE: so without any communication to me Zalat credited my credit card. Saw it on my statement. They never communicated any action to me. Weird.
UPDATE 1: So “the owner” responded to my brief original review as below as if it’s new even though I have sent three emails now to that “support” email, with no response. This company has evidently not actually tested their customer service processes as I’ve communicated by email, thru their app, and the “how was everything” text they sent 30 seconds after I left, with no response other than this AI generated note on Google.
Bought two pizzas Thursday. Crust was worse than the cardboard under a frozen pizza. Skimpy cheese. Transparent toppings. Shaved olive. Inedible. No response from Zalat. $50 for garbage. We’ll see how they respond.

My first time ordered from this pizza chain, and I must say I am impressed. I ordered the supreme mini, but it was more than enough for one hungry adult. All ingredients were fresh and it was wonderful, and was reasonable priced. Definitely will order again.
