Mmh!!! Is the exact words my stomach is saying after this meal me and my kids had today!! Honestly the best experience I have ever had in my life. The employees were amazing and they made everything right with maximum effort with the biggest smile on their face, you could tell they wanted to be there, unlike some people in their jobs! Oh but the chicken!!! The best I have ever had may I say! I will definitely be coming here on every cheat day (which is every other day!). I used...read full review

Today, I visited the newly opened KFC outlet on Temple Road, Varkala.
At the outlet, orders are placed through a machine-based digital menu system. I placed my order using this system. However, at the time of delivery, I was informed that none of the items I had ordered had been launched at this outlet yet. Instead of Smoky Chicken, I was told that broasted chicken could be provided for the same amount, and broasted chicken was given.
According to the management, items such...read full review

KFC offers a variety of sides like mashed potatoes, brown gravy, and biscuits, with some being fresh from the oven. However, the food quality varies, with some meals being mostly mashed potatoes or small, flavorless chicken pieces. Service can be slow, and staff may lack friendliness. Despite these issues, customers appreciate the nice staff at times and the quick preparation of certain items. Overall, it is an average spot for fast food with room for improvement in food quality and service.
