“I found this restaurant on TikTok. It had excellent review. However, I arrived at the restaurant at 9 AM and did not receive my brother until 10:03 AM.. I thought for a minute why would take it so long to order simple pancake breakfast and blueberry waffles. Everything came out well except my Sister food came out cold - blueberry waffles so they have to redo her blueberry waffles. The waitress Aaliyah was excellent. Very sweet professional and a great personality always smiling. The Service of getting the food needs to improve - an hour is too long.“

“Best chicken and fries basket I’ve ever had. Tried it for the first time a couple of months ago and is my to go place when I’m in the area. Wish they had one where I lived but the drive is worth it. Staff is friendly and seating area is sufficient. The place clean and they’re fast taking out orders.“

“I’ve never felt so compelled to leave a review for a fast food establishment as I have with this one. I’m currently writing this as I finish up the meal I just purchased from here and let me just say, I’ve been to many Hartz locations and this one is by far exemplary compared to all others! The food was fresh and hot, great portions, no hesitation with giving condiments, great communication, short wait times on food, and to top it all off… the CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS DEFINITELY THERE! I had absolutely no incentive to leave a review nonetheless this kind of review other than just being that satisfied as a customer, thank you HARTZ!“

“This is some of the worst service I have ever had I was ordering through call I tried to order a Caniac combo with a box combo with the kids meal for my three year old son. His name is Geraldine. Yes Geraldine you got a problem with it. Take it up with my manager B word the point is this was some of the worst service I’ve ever heard she had the audacity to hang up on me while I was ordering my food if I ever catch you lacking in the street is on site little girl.“

“I travel for work all the time and this is by far my favorite chick fil a. they are SO nice and never ever get my food wrong. you never have to wait for long even if it is really busy. literally 10 out 10 I love going to this chick fil a. Every single employee always greets me and talks to me while they are preparing my food which I love. if I could call the ceo and tell them about the kingwood location I would because it is that good.“

“Earlier this afternoon I was getting a to go order for my wife and went inside ...I get the food....and go back to my truck...and my battery had died....after standing outside with my hood up and cables out.... no one approached me....until one of the store directors....i can't remember his name ....but he came over and asked about the problem and then said he had a jumper pack we tried but failed, but he pulled his truck around and we hooked the cables...within a few minutes...she fires up and I am back on the road shout out to him....he needs a raise 🙌“

“Mmh!!! Is the exact words my stomach is saying after this meal me and my kids had today!! Honestly the best experience I have ever had in my life. The employees were amazing and they made everything right with maximum effort with the biggest smile on their face, you could tell they wanted to be there, unlike some people in their jobs! Oh but the chicken!!! The best I have ever had may I say! I will definitely be coming here on every cheat day (which is every other day!). I used to be put off by this business after a fear of chickens when I was younger. But I recently got over that fear but the most recent times I have been here wasnt as amazing as the ones I have just had so I hope every time I come here it’s like this. Heaven. Heaven with Rauw Alejandro, Eric Garcia, Jordan Riki… rainbows and unicorns… oh I could go on for days about how much I loved my day… and I will be for the next week!!! 😂 honestly loved it and I can’t wait to come back here soon. Thank you for reading and if you haven’t already get yourself to KFC because once you go there you’ll want to pack your bags and live there for the rest of your life like I’m about to do right now!! And I wish I was joking but I’m not. My husband is yelling at me but he just doesn’t understand my love for this restaurant!“
