“Mmh!!! Is the exact words my stomach is saying after this meal me and my kids had today!! Honestly the best experience I have ever had in my life. The employees were amazing and they made everything right with maximum effort with the biggest smile on their face, you could tell they wanted to be there, unlike some people in their jobs! Oh but the chicken!!! The best I have ever had may I say! I will definitely be coming here on every cheat day (which is every other day!). I used to be put off by this business after a fear of chickens when I was younger. But I recently got over that fear but the most recent times I have been here wasnt as amazing as the ones I have just had so I hope every time I come here it’s like this. Heaven. Heaven with Rauw Alejandro, Eric Garcia, Jordan Riki… rainbows and unicorns… oh I could go on for days about how much I loved my day… and I will be for the next week!!! 😂 honestly loved it and I can’t wait to come back here soon. Thank you for reading and if you haven’t already get yourself to KFC because once you go there you’ll want to pack your bags and live there for the rest of your life like I’m about to do right now!! “I found this restaurant on TikTok. It had excellent review. However, I arrived at the restaurant at 9 AM and did not receive my brother until 10:03 AM.. I thought for a minute why would take it so long to order simple pancake breakfast and blueberry waffles. Everything came out well except my Sister food came out cold - blueberry waffles so they have to redo her blueberry waffles. The waitress Aaliyah was excellent. Very sweet professional and a great personality always smiling. The Service of getting the food needs to improve - an hour is too long.“

“We eat regularly at the Kingwood location. The staff is always friendly and helpful. They recently added coloring sheets for the kids and our girls really like that. The restaurant has a always clean and tidy.“

“Exactly what you expect from a chicken bistro. You get freshly grilled chicken that is served without flavors and you grab the sides yourself. Love the concept and the consistency. At $8 for leg and thigh, I felt a little ripped off, but the quality is worth every penny.
Would definitely eat here again if I ever come to America once more.“

I’m currently writing this as I finish up the meal I just purchased from here and let me just say, I’ve been to many Hartz locations and this one is by far exemplary compared to all others! The food was fresh and hot, great portions, no hesitation with giving condiments, great communication, short wait times on food, and to top it all off… the CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS DEFINITELY THERE! “Earlier this afternoon I was getting a to go order for my wife and went inside ...I get the food....and go back to my truck...and my battery had died....after standing outside with my hood up and cables out.... no one approached me....until one of the store directors....i can't remember his name ....but he came over and asked about the problem and then said he had a jumper pack we tried but failed, but he pulled his truck around and we hooked the cables...within a few minutes...she fires up and I am back on the road shout out to him....he needs a raise 🙌“

“Hey It’s Chick-fil-A. It’s quality with a typical high fast food price for chicken sandwiches. What I don’t understand is the their “To Go” orders when you go inside take forever. Obviously they take scare of their drive-thru and lobby guests quickly but these are orders that arrive online. I’ve learned to judge speed at restaurants by how many Uber Eats and Door Dash folks are standing by for their orders. This place is a parking lot for those guys.“

“I love this place! I don't eat fast food, but this works for me since it's Chicken, and unlike the competition, I can eat for 2 days (I love leftovers) for under $20, so that's a win for me. Also, I have never liked Coleslaw until eating theirs. It's perfect because it's not all runny and has sustenance and crunch to it. My only complaint is that I think they should offer 2 sauces starting out, instead of one, and then charge for anything after that. One is never enough, even for the smaller meals, in which I always buy the Box.“
