Still received good service from Ivan but there was another bartender that kept being obnoxious and rude, Geraldo who I have never seen. He was insistent on assisting me even though I told him I was being well attended. He tried to force me to let him assist me in a very rude fashion and with an attitude as big as Texas.“

“We visited this restaurant for a birthday brunch and called a few days in advance to make a reservation. Even with the reservation, it still took several minutes to get seated. The restaurant is very small, and since our party was a group of seven, the delay was understandable.

We started with drinks, but they came out one at a time after about 20–30 minutes of waiting. Most of the table ordered the ceviches and everyone was satisfied with their dishes. I ordered the chilaquiles verdes with steak, which were also very good.

The decor and overall aesthetic of the place are super cute and honestly one of the main reasons it caught our attention. Overall, it’s a nice spot for a girls’ date or casual brunch.

The only downsides were the very limited parking, which was hard to find, and the long wait for our drinks, though they were all pretty good once they arrived.“

I had the El Chicano with chicken and refried beans instead of ground beef and black beans.
It was fantastic!
The tamal was delicious - the masa tasted fresh and the filling had the right amount of spiciness.
The refried beans were a surprising delight! There was a flavor in it that couldn't identify the made them so delicious.
The fried avocado was amazing, as was the chicken and sauce.

To top it off, I had the coconut tres leches cake...
It's reason enough to come back!

The atmosphere is nothing especial, a taco truck and a cover, the area is not the best, nothing fancy and fairly clean. Two orders of parrilla to go, that includes 1lb Pollo Asado, 1lb Carne asada, 1lb de salchicha asada, 2 nopales asados 2 chiles serranos asados, dos salsas verde y roja, un cup de frijoles charros y arroz. ( 1lb Grilled Chicken, 1lb Grilled Fajita, 1lb Grilled Sausage, rice,beans, cactus, and serrano peper Grilled) OMG what a surprise the food was very well done, amazing flavor, everything fresh , the 3 meats amazing, the rice good, and the beans just ok. But I was there for the chicken and they really surprise me. The price is very fair, and the service ia good. Maybe a better place will increase the atmosphere felling, otherwise congratulations, highly recommend.“

I think NOT! just because the owners are cheap or just up your prices by at the max $1.00 so you can cover what the credit card companies charge you so your waitstaff who work for slave wages aren’t dunned for your lack of knowledge.
