I went to Panera around 1:00 PM Sunday April 7th & I must say the service was extremely poor. Starting with the rude cashier girl plus no printing paper to print even the receipt. Then I went to the women's rest room & the door lock was malfuntioning, broken tiles on the wall, no paper towels to wipe hands. Then they took 30 min to bring me a sandwich & I asked with no cheese & the sandwich was full of cheese. Utensils section was not stocked properly with no lids for the cups...read full review
The people working were super polite.They notified me after my order at the kiosk that they were out of steak.We already made our mind on what we wanted before we left the house, so it took a few minutes to decide on something else.The gut taking the order was patient with me.The food was fresh and did not disappoint.I will have to try this place for breakfast.

This is my favorite spot after my workout for protein/fiber packed food/drinkThey stop selling the muffins and most of their cookies, also the customer service was horrible this am, one lady was cutting bread and never spoke, never said "good morning, someone will be with you in a moment". What was the issue? I hope it wasn't because she didn't speak English but this would not surprise me because the restaurants in Houston have non English people serving youRidiculous
