Service nixed what would have been a 5-star review. This location was probably one if the cleanest Braums we've been to in a while. Walked up to the counter to order and 4 employees were all gathered around the drive thru window. Standing there for several minutes without even knowing we walked in the door. I get it... someone cool or famous must have pulled up to the window. Maybe some famous tiktok-er....Or maybe not. As the cashier finally decided to come help us, something...
My first experience at Braum's. The service was fast and was shockingly low priced compared to what I'm used to in the Northeast without sacrificing quality or taste. I saw first-hand the care that went into providing a quality experience even from management working alongside their employees. I got a molten lava cake sundae with rocky road & chocolate almond ice cream, topped with hot fudge and an Oreo crumble that was to die for. My boyfriend got a double scoop...
The big country breakfast is not worth $5.40. Every time I go my fries are just dumped in the sack and not in a bag and sometimes under my burger and when I get a bacon biscuit sandwich the bacon is always burned, they really gone downhill.
